Great bonuses if you hit the ridiculously high requirement!

Cons

If you don't make enough phone calls even though you are mass producing settlements, you get wrote up. If you don't hit your personal settlement goal you get wrote up. They essentially expect you to jump on overtime every weekend and it's just not feasible if you have a family.
