The people are GREAT in office. Laid back environment with very helpful management.

Cons

Most upper management are in other states or countries. They have NO clue what it's like being on phones. You are constantly expected to meet goals and back to back calls unrealistically. The pay is not nearly enough. Any good programs with commission were took away from our office to go to other countries with no warning.

I really don’t understand why they have such a high turnaround. They work with you with your family issues as they know life happens! Training is great and management really takes the time to make sure you know the job

The pay isn’t that great and the turnaround of people and training going on
