There aren't any. Literally everything about this job sucks.

Cons

Horrible benefits, horrible work life balance, and in most cases terrible management, poor pay for the work expected from you, trainings are constantly riddled with errors, the "IT department" has literally no natively English speakers so you're constantly working with an Indian.
