Old equipment, upgrades are coming, but slow going.

While our aircraft are not brand new, our maintenance and leadership teams do an excellent job of taking care of each one. Safety is our #1 priority and pilots are never asked to fly planes they do not deem safe themselves.

The people were great at the CVG location. The company's benefits were decent and the schedule was good.

Cons

The pay was low in comparison to other companies and the aircraft were old and dated. Which required more repairs.
