Pros

There are lots of changes happening at Ameriflight and I can really see the difference. From management to software, there are several "upgrades." They've brought in new Flight and HR VPs. These guys are really turning things around! Everything is more organized and it's easier to get answers. IT is working to get Office 365 implemented. With it, everything will be easier electronically. Very cool!

Cons

Not many, just dealing with change. The change is welcomed, but of course sometimes it's confusing at the beginning.

Pros

Great location with hard workers. I learned a lot from some really dedicated veterans. A fun company if you like aviation.

Cons

Tough economy has a severe impact on the company. Not the highest pay in the industry but good. Not a lot of room for advancement.

We have a lot of hard working employees and appreciate when others notice them, too. We have recently increased our pilot and mechanic pay structures and encourage employees to move up. We feel these changes will ultimately help us grow in our industry.
