Pros

Good crew when you know them, good pay, great way to break into the industry, and benefits are decent once you put time in.

Cons

Hard to keep 4-6 vehicles in good working condition with one guy (under his request even though there are two guys) and about 20-30 aircraft washed by one guy as well.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. We're very happy to hear that you enjoy your team, the pay, the experience, and the benefits! We're always looking to improve our operations and sincerely hope you have brought this to the attention of your manager/supervisor. While we are at times short-handed, we do not intend to continually be short-handed. If another line service technician is needed, please advise our leadership team. We have an open-door policy and will be glad to hear your concerns.

Pros

Fly every day but not weekends. Holidays off. Rapid movement into turboprops. Great experience. Fly scheduled runs all weather and nights.

Cons

Pay was lower than industry standard. Equipment is old but maintained well. No turbine equipment only turboprops. Pilot openings may require entry level employee to relocate.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. We're happy to hear that you like the schedule and had great experiences! Over the past 2 years, we have improved pilot pay by quite a bit. We are now an industry leader in pilot pay. We have 5 aircraft, only one is not turbine (the PA-31). While they are not jets, they are still turbine. With 18 bases nationwide, we have a lot of locations. Our entry-level pilots (First Officers usually) are often asked to relocate before they start their career with us if we do not have a position available near them. They'll fly where we need them until they become a Captain (6 months to a year), then they'll be able to pick their base and bid a line.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. We're very happy to hear you are enjoying the attitudes and goals of our employees! Even better that you enjoy coming to work. Always a good thing! We are working to hire pilots and are branching out to implement new ideas we hope will help us recruit qualified and motivated pilots. We hope to one day soon be so well staffed that we are able to go to a 4 day work week for our pilots. We are also doing a lot of new things to improve our communication. We're working hard to make every one of our employees at our 18 bases feel like they are at home in our large family!
