The pilot crisis is causing stress throughout the airline.

We are aware of the pilot shortage and are actively battling the issue through innovative solutions like pilot path programs with larger airlines and an increased pilot pay structure. Fast paced smallish company that is quickly catching up - lots of opportunity for those that excel

Cons

Smallish company has a need for everyone to contribute at a high level, no room for slackers.

We are always improving our business and are implementing several items to increase our success. We have switched to United Health Care to better support our employees' health care needs. We are rolling out new software programs for IT to streamline communications. We have several incentive programs for pilots and mechanics. And we are looking at and rolling out new things every day! We are very happy to see the 5-star rating and hope to have you around to see all the changes!
