You can get turbine time with low hours. Also you get 1 week off a month, and get paid something (not much) for salary even if you don’t fly

Cons

Pay is absolutely disrespectful. You will work overtime for free. You will load cargo for free. Also it is mostly overnight flying so the hours are terrible. New CEO is patrick fluegeman. Soon as he got in, first thing he did was cut pilot pay

I worked there for 7 years. The people there are professional, supportive and friendly. I was glad to have been part of this team.

Cons

Taking care of Pilots and Maintenance is a top priority, but traditionally high employee turnover
