None to be had here.

Cons

Gaslighting management, hr is a bus driver. Upper management (C-class management) doesn’t honor division of labor. High levels of racism. Ineffectual leadership and ground level abuse. Don’t believe the tokenism over the actual racism. A bunch of white ladies in middle management isn’t diversity either.

I can’t stand for the comment of “high levels of racism”. That’s not our company. As the COO and a person of color I cannot accept that comment. However, if you experienced racism at your location and it wasn’t investigated and prosecuted to your satisfaction, I’d like to know. Racism is absolutely not tolerated at Amerit. Clearly you had a bad experience- I get that. Smearing our HR department that is focused on supporting our employees or upper management is your right - we just categorically disagree and invite you to discuss further. Remote position provided some flexibility

Cons

Steer away from this company. They take on projects but don’t have the bandwidth to support which results in others being pulled from their regular roles. Financially unstable, we we were asked to manually go through tons of paper billing to see who owed us money in order to make ends meet. Lastly management and executives are condescending with the exception of maybe one.

I’m sorry you didn’t have a good experience at Amerit. If you’d have stuck with us, you would have seen the incredible success the company has had since the pandemic. While it’s true that we ask our teams to pitch in across functions - that’s our culture. We do what’s necessary to meet our clients needs. I do reject your assertion on our finances. To the contrary, Amerit has a fantastic ownership group who have been instrumental to our success - we are well capitalized and positioned for growth. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

You get paid every week. Flexibility and a company vehicle.

Cons

Management makes it hard to do your job. Too much micromanaging. Hr does not help. They go behind your back and take management's side. The culture at Amerit became hostile. This place rewards bad tech who cheat, steal and do not know how to do their jobs. As long as you get close to management you will always make your hours even though you do no actual work.
