Steady work, a weekly check with direct deposit as an option Possibility for travel with work Pay is average for this type of company and will vary by location and client 2 weeks vacation that starts accruing from day 1 AFS has recognized recent issues with locale management both between employees and client management and is striving to make improvements in this regard, I recently came in to contact with a manager from the Las Vegas area who has done a lot for locale morale in the short time he has been in the bay area. I don't take the company benefits (wife is state employed) so I can't really comment on them other than to say they are not much different from what other companies are currently offering.

Cons

2 weeks vacation max, first year you get 2 weeks, fifth year you get 2 weeks, tenth year you get 2 weeks. Training, no real training that would impact our performance as technicians

Lots of opportunity to learn new skills, to network with great people and challenge yourself. Opportunity to grow and progress if your prepared to put yourself out there. Good work life balance.

Cons

Fast paced environment and national field structure provides its challenges. Would love to have the ability to have more face to face time with the field colleagues.
