Amerit is a good company to work for they are flexible with your schedule if you have a family and has a easy going comfortable environment in shop . work at your own pace kind of place as along as you stay busy, they meet your needs and expectations almost all the time if reasonable . they accommodate wages to your experience .

Pros

Amazing company culture. All my co-workers are extremely nice, positive, helpful and encouraging. Benefits available first day you start. Definitely a work hard, play hard mentality. I honestly have nothing bad to say. I finally found a company where I love going to work.

Cons

I feel compensation should be better.

VERY Flexible hours, low stress atmosphere and great management. What more can you ask for?! Freedom to work with teammates, freedom to improve processes and such.

Cons

Very few if any. Nice office/building.
