I can only speak for the shop i work in but it has great pay, able to work over time if you want, shop is very clean and organized, and i work for the best manager in the company.

Cons

the shop i work in is union and it feels like you are fighting the company you work for to get what i feel is fair perks. I'm sure its like this at a lot of union places but i don't think its right.

Pros

Amerit fleet solution is a great company to work for. The hours are great along with the wages and the benefits. Also is in almost every state here in the United States which makes it easy if you need to go to a different location to work. The people that are in the support groups such as HR and payroll, the tech support is very helpful if you need help in any of the repairs that you might in counter.

Cons

You don't get to meet any of the upper boss's from Amerit. And there is no meetings with the upper boss's and HR people to see them face to face. We do have the occasional emails with HR and the tech people with is good.
