      Pros

      I have been with the company for a short while but I have noticed some very good traits that this company stands for. I have had the pleasure of working with different mechanics and everyone gets along very well. If I have any questions or concerns, they are always quick to get back to me and resolve it. I would like to give an honest opinion of my fleet manager Mr. Kurt Ford who on multiple occasions has helped and guided me through many situations both good and bad and shows great leadership and compassion for his employees. I can honestly say he is the type of manager that we need more of. He goes above and beyond for anyone and I have the upmost respect and loyalty for him as his employee. I would do the same for him in return. Great leaders create great work environments and great work experiences. Overall this is a wonderful company to work for and I am honored to be a part of.

      Cons

      Off the top of my head I cannot say I have any cons at this time. I have not came across anything negative to comment on.

      Pros

      Leadership is very open to communication, and takes the time to listen to its employees. The executive team is extremely accommodating to life situations, and make you feel like family. If you struggle the company struggles with you, and I can personally attest to the generosity that has been bestowed by Amerit/Amein. You need to talk they listen, you need help they lend a hand. I have never worked for such great people, and feel blessed everyday I wake up and realize this is what I get to do for a living.

      Cons

      I would of said communication between corporate to field level, but then realized that if you ask the question they will answer. A lot of people who give negative feedback really should ask themselves if they have taken the time to communicate their concerns instead of harbor them internally. Every company will have their flaws, but it is the job of the employees to assist the company in becoming better. Change does not come overnight, but it can never come if it has never been communicated!

      I have been with Amerit for just over 2yrs and had nothing but a positive experience. - Strong team environment and support from every level of management - Hard work is recognized and rewarded - Career advancement and growth, more than I have ever seen in any company - Great vacation and time off policy - Flexibility and work from home potential within department - Senior Management truly respects and appreciates all employees and makes an effort to build relationships with everyone in corporate team - Each employee is given the opportunity to leave their footprint on the company and directly be involved in nation wide growth
