I'm sorry you feel like you're only a number - so we have some work to do on our communication with you. From where I sit, we've never used employee numbers as a way of identification. With over 1400 employees from coast to coast, we rely on our Field Management to provide the day to day mentoring, supervision and connection to our critical field employees. These Managers work hard and are the pride and joy of our company. We know we expect a lot - indeed, our work is challenging. This challenging work is critical for the success of our clients and I like to remind our employees that every time we see a client truck rolling on the road, know we've contributed to that company's success and we should always be proud of that.

Thank you for response! At AFS, we see ourselves as an inverted Pyramid - the Field Employees are at the top, our Field Managers are our critical middle layer. The bottom of the inverted Pyramid is Corporate - we're here to serve our managers and the Field in general. Clearly, there's room for improvement with communication between Corp and Field.
