We have been working on putting into place training for our new Fleet Managers and have further refined our annual review process to ensure that our employees receive the feedback and coaching that they need.

We have invested in technology to help us with the administration, coordination and tracking of training to ensure that our employees get the necessary training when it is needed. We have been experiencing very rapid growth as a young company, and this has resulted in higher than average changes in management in some locations. Our recruitment and training practices have evolved since you have been here and I fell confident that we are on the right path to providing our employees with the support that they need.
