No reward for hard work

Flexible work schedule Great co-workers Liberal office culture Great office location SOME !!! Managers are great

Don't get rewarded for all your hard work I made a huge impact on the company, yet the owner of the company wanted to give me the mandatory 2% raise just like the worst employees get . I work hard and made a positive impact, yet I get rewarded the same as bad employee. That made me feel really awful and very upset. Also, I realized it's not how hard you work to move up, it's who you know. I know a few upper level employees that are horrible at what they do. In fact they loose the company allot of money, yet they are getting paid more than 2x than I do. It turned out they know both owners of the company for many years. Also most of the time the owners just walk past you and don't say hello. 9 out of 10 times, I have to say hello first or they just walk right past me That's a great clue to let you know they really don't care about you Lastly, the work load is unbearable, You have to push back or else you will be working 60-70 hours a week.

The Supervisors do not stand behind there employees. They let some of the employees falsity work records and lie to AT&T and Corporate Amerit to cover for them. They steel items that are AT&T's after being told not to that it is steeling. The supervisors take their family out to lunch with the employees in which it is suppose to be a safety lunch for employees only but not and they are told to lie about it if any one asks and pay for it on a company credit card. The mechanics do not do safety checks and just half way do their jobs. They sit around with their feet up on their desks more then anything and like I said falsify work records and get away with it. The supervisors finagle their numbers to make them look good and their is plenty more but not enough space. DO NOT WORK THEIR IF YOU ARE SMART!!!!!!!
