Full time work 40 hours a week

Cons

Once a contract is landed they stick people there and move on from the contract instead of focusing on customer satisfaction. Employees are stuck in one spot and never move up in the company. I've been in the same spot for well over two years and never even a phone call or email from management, most days it feels that you're forgotten.

Working environment is really Great!

HR decided to do an audit and took away EVERYONE on the west coasts' vacation time without notice and no explanation. Some people were on vacation while HR adjusted the time and the employee was left without pay.

Amerit Fleet Solutions Response

We know there have been reporting issues for some employees with their vacation balances. In no way has HR taken away anyone's vacation - whether on the West Coast or elsewhere. All issues have been addressed directly with employees. While these reporting issues are unfortunate, they ultimately fall upon company leadership and not HR exclusively. Our HR team is one of the core assets in our company and we're very proud of their commitment to our employees.

Excellent clients. First customer from 1999 is still a customer today. Signifiant growth in 2015 and 2016 has created career opportunities for those that want to advance.
