Numbers are the only thing that is cared about

The company (or at least my old boss) only cared about making the numbers look good. Safety of the vehicles didn't matter as long as he looked good on paper. There are no raises. There is no overtime unless you can lie with the best of them. You can't get to doing your own work but if you go help someone else you can. My boss lied and treated the whole job like a video game trying to be number 1. It is a contractor (temp) job. Not good unless you are a lazy worker and don't care. There are those that say they do work and sleep or just do nothing and get away with it. Really pitiful
