Mostly remote job position. Other than that, not much..

Cons

Work / balance. 60+ hours a week. No real help from upper management other than word salad of how you should your job. Keep getting more work added to your load.

Pros

Most of the mechanics and their leaders are hard working, dedicated, and do their best for the customers. This is true for many of the corporate support teams as well. The business has a lot of potential if managed properly at the highest levels. Many corporate roles offer the flexibility to work remotely or hybrid.

Cons

Much of the most senior leadership does not seek to understand the challenges faced by the mechanics or those trying to support them. Long-standing promises of 401K matches, promotions, etc. are used to retain people but never realized. If a customer is not happy, scapegoating is a very real and frequent challenge leading those who are not at the very top of the company to constantly watch their backs rather than being able to openly share with their leaders so solutions can be found.

Flexible schedules, close to home

Cons

Upper management is non existent, HR is a joke. Don’t get me started on the corporate protect the company bs. Benefits here aren’t explained, everytime try using them for some reason I have to call to verify my benes. Waste even paying for them since no one accepts the garbage insurance here in Longmont. Don’t get hurt on the job either, denial of claim over legal right to deny access. My suggestion is do serious research before signing on here.
