      None all the money is paid for cooperate Opreations only all employee below are never heard or allowed to incooperate knowledge of the field although there was lack of communication from all cooperate excutive,fleet managers,no organization which created a unprofessional and kayitic work enviroment.with no communication in ability speak to a hr members who are home based dont hold ur breath may not have a job long .where decisions that are mafe are on a day by day basis.

      No communication unable to reach mamagment to hit deadline dates or projects ..and unreasonable job task and assignments , no human resources department that cares about the well being of its employes.i wouldnt feel comfortable sharing my thoughts and or nothing would have been done to resolve it anyways ..this companys sucks and i wouldnt repremend this company to anyone soon AT&T will pull there contract..and realize they are not a good fleet company to have. many vehicles that they have leased..to use such a non organize company and vrry little skills...

      Good first job for a tech school grad

      Pros

      The pay and sign on Bonus is good for someone just starting out. No long term advantages to staying with company Get in, get experience and get out.

      Cons

      vacation policy is sub par, 2 weeks when hired, 2 weeks after 5 years, 2 weeks after 10 years no cost of living increase and performance are few and far between

      Thank you for your feedback. It is true that, at the moment, we do not have a tiered vacation plan. We conduct regular benefits plans reviews and they are subject to change.

We have been working on a lot of initiatives to drive the business and to provide a positive employee experience. We feel confident that these initiatives should result in a lower turnover.
