People interested to know about insurance industry in and out must try this firm! Modern insurance business has changed a lot and those willing to understand the business should go with Ameritas!

Cons

None for now. The role title looks pretty exciting! Hopefully there should not be any cons since it would be a great experience for those trying to understand their IT infrastructure in such a growing industry!

Company is sincerely dedicated to the welfare of its associates. Leadership deeply committed to maintaining financial strength, and serious about corporate ethics - consistently look for long term stability to keep company pledges to customers throughout policy life. Have recently recruited some outstanding talent into the company.

Cons

Systems environment similar to other insurance carriers, though there has been some improvement. Some levels of management are fairly weak. Slow to change.

Cons

Lack of growth opportunites. Work became unchallenging. Promised learning opportunities came slowly or not at all. Often felt like those who knew the right people moved up.
