People are kind and caring. Let's me take care of my family when I need to go help them. I like everyone I work with. I like going to work everyday, because they care about me.

Cons

I don't have any Cons. Sometimes the other CSR's would have a better outlook and appreciate the benefits and exceptions that are made on a daily basis. Most do.

Backstabbing management. To many managers. Poor pay. No loyalty To employees. They kept taking more and more away from employees
