      Pros

      Great place to work when you are a fresh undergrad graduate. Great location right by the Bethesda Metro station which is walking distance and lots of great restaurants to choose from

      Cons

      Not much room for growth. Most of the jobs are being relocated to the Lincoln Nebraska office. Its best to get 6 months to one year in and then move on to another job.

      Financially sound, good people, new building

      Cons

      no opportunity for advancement in Cincinnati. All leadership is in Lincoln. Salaries and raises are minimal. No reward for extra work. No clear direction from Senior Leaders
