The Benefits are okay could be better with the 401 k % match but no complaints on the benefits.

Cons

Micromanaging was always there , if you were no "besties" with upper management then you were not allowed to be off the phones to do the thousands of tasks you're assigned to do a day .. can be pretty rough to focus with many calls coming in. TAT - was basically shoved into your brain to make sure you get everything done right away OR ELSE written warning .. this company is just stressing out the senior reps and lead reps with all their tasks it's ridiculous on on what time frame they want everything done when you have like 15-20 things assigned to you and you're still new on learning all the new subsidiaries.
