Claims Management will gaslight you until you are hunted. Every action and word is scrutinized until you fall. And you will. Stress of the bullying and open threats will have you break because we all need a job so you keep trying. You will be punished if expectations are not met EVERY time. And don't think Human Resources will help the employee. You will have repercussions. Not worth the BS. You're hired on as temporary for very low wages for as long as they want you there. Promises galore as as you jump. Your stats will be manipulated with HR's blessings. Cover your behind at all costs should you find yourself in this wretched environment. You will be yelled at and berated along with no being allowed to speak. HR and the Management will have :documentation" that YOU are the problem.
