Old school company that has not figured out how to go digital. Several systems from the 80's to work in making work much more difficult than it needs to be.

Onboarding was great and each person is friendly and welcoming. I never felt confused doing my job and always had connections to turn to if I needed help. I felt very valued and appreciated for my time and work at Ameritas.

The application process can take longer in comparison to other places, so be patient if you applied there and it could be worth the wait
