Forced overtime which isn't cool

Integrity and honesty will get you blacklisted by this company when you leave so you can't get other employment later. You are expected to sit down and shut up. Ideas and innovation are frowned upon. (I was promoted and eventually left voluntarily due to the terrible culture.) This company is highly dysfunctional, political, and deceit/gaslighting is a daily practice. You must be a drinking buddy to get promotions. Low diversity. Low pay. Poorly managed. Ask around, especially ask former employees who will tell you the truth since there is no longer a fear of retribution. Read these reviews carefully and you will see a pattern with the detailed negative reviews vs. the "no cons" reviews written by HR to keep the overall average at three stars. (The deceit starts and you aren't even an employee.) If you are determined to work here, work in a field office, not the home office. If you are still considering working here, do your due diligence to go in with open eyes. Most former employees I know share my view that this is the worst company they have ever worked for. I'd rather clean toilets all day than work here ever again. No strategy, no plan, no heart, lots of undeserved ego and significant resource mismanagement in all departments.
