Pros

Beautiful campus with renovations to support an open work environment (no offices or cubicles). Good technology to support communications and lots of opportunities to receive training.

Cons

Competitive atmosphere with low morale due to reorganization and lay offs. Constant churn of healthcare professionals in product leadership positions and even those at the highest levels of the company.

Pros

Benefits, competitive and challenging environment, safe place to work, shutdown period, sport tournaments, work opportunity given to people with no experience (grad students).

Cons

Limited professional growth and exposure, specially for level 4 employees. Limited opportunities given to follow career development path. No equal recognition to employees. Limited work-life balance. Temp/contract workers are treated differently from regular staff (no participation in meetings, activities, etc).
