      Pros

      Benefits and compensation are excellent. Great work/life balance. Flexible schedule. The campus is beautiful. I've met some really intelligent and humble people here.

      Cons

      If you are motivated and want to make a difference go somewhere else. This is where people go to be told what to do. If you want to coast on neutral this is the place. Also if you are in your 20's you will be lonely here. Thousand Oaks is no biotech hub.

      Pros

      Great benefits, vacations, vp etc...no one can beat them, great people working there the Best in Manufacturing. If you want to lear this is the company for you.

      Cons

      The management and HR did not allow you to grow proffecionaly if you are not in their friends circle. If you report something they will discipline you. I moved after 9 years working there and in my new company gave me the chance to prove my self and the promotions $$$ in less than a year.

      The salary and benefits can't be beat, but...

      Cons

      The management is taught to be tyrannical, disconnected from their employees, and extremely uncaring. I've never worked for worse, and I've been working for Corporate America for 20+ years. They are known for huge layoffs, they don't hire older people and those rare individuals that ARE there have been there for a long time and end up laid off. Finally the executive management fosters and environment of egotistical, self-centered, driven to succeed at all costs individuals.
