I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Karien Goodwin in the Sales department at Amgen in Houston. This individual created a challenging and unproductive work environment. Her behavior consistently hindered team dynamics, marked by poor communication, a lack of collaboration, and a tendency to criticize without offering constructive feedback. The toxic atmosphere that developed as a result made it difficult for the team to work together effectively. Despite efforts to address these issues, there was little to no improvement, which significantly impacted the morale and overall productivity of the team. A positive and supportive work environment is crucial for success, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope that management will take steps to address these concerns to ensure a healthier and more collaborative work culture moving forward.
