Pros

I see that it gets rated as the top company with glass door. - may be because it has a free gym. I really don't see another big pro

Cons

Can't trust anyone. Most are scared to death trying to survive the next layoff. Culture is extremely insensitive. No holiday parties, no lunch outings, no nothing. Everyone is forced to talk about strategy, and science based processes. Everyone tries to pretend they are smarter than Booz, BCG, Bain as these firms are all embedded in company's culture but honestly speaking the employees can't figure out simple processes or manage the easiest controls. Policies are written by some robots and usually have no relevance to reality. Everyone and I mean everyone is super fake

Pros

Generous benefits, 2 paid shutdowns, flexible schedule

Cons

Disorganized leadership, culture based on fear, lack of decision making ability. DIA decision making model implemented in some departments, not others. Shrinking budgets, continually asked to do more with less. Employees spin their wheels and aren't empowered to accomplish results. Morale is at an all time low. What used to be a good place to work isn't anymore. Limited room for advancement. Amgen no longer puts patients first, Bradway sees to it that stockholders are kept happy. Bradway is in a position to gut the company and take a big payout when he's done.

Pros

Stock Options, Sign on Bonus, Yearly raises, ergonomic support, 2 weeks off not included in the 25 days of your PTO

Cons

Too Demanding, Overworked, Under appreciated, No work life balance, too many meetings that could be an email, HR is awful - says one thing to get you to sign the contract and goes back on what you signed to keep you at their company, no department talks to the other department, not enough training/onboarding. I talked to a recruiter, onboarding specialist, HR, and my manager just to find out what to do on the first day.
