      Great benefits and talented people, but no stability

      Pros

      Awesome benefits, great pay, very intelligent and talented workforce who loves supporting the mission of the company.

      Cons

      Leadership is short sighted/reactive and only focuses on near term cost savings, resulting in too many layoffs. There is no stability. Workload can be heavy depending on the department.

      - Great Culture and no micromanaging - Good benefits - Two week long shutdowns during the year (Summer and Winter)

      Cons

      - No career promotion in four years - Replaced by outsourcing roles

      Poor recruitment process or biased

      Pros

      On site team technically evaluates quickly and arranges in-person interview.

      Cons

      India team takes MR round in person at amgen office, but don't update the status to candidate. Finally rejects you.
