The organizational structure on the front line level is great. Management keeps it fun and exciting. Great benefits and growth opportunities.

Cons

Some processes seem outdated, but nothing significant.

Friendly coworkers and nothing more

Cons

Perfection is expected by management. Unrealistic expectations are their demands. Employees are treated like children. It’s a call center where you handle everyone’s files while expected to keep up with your own. Winning the JD Powers Award is their priority and they beat the employees into the ground to earn it. Employees are NOT their concern, it’s all about their reputation being number one. Salary pay is crap with pennies for a pay raise. Employees go unheard when they voice opinions. Amica is ruthless.

The benefits are fantastic. They also offer a pension plan that is wonderful

Cons

The life company is run independently from the mutual side and it shows. They do not care about employees. We were once told in a meeting that we a "dime a dozen and extremely replaceable.
