No support, no advancement as they said there would be and only 2 -15 min breaks

One of Rhode Island's Best Places to Work

Pros

Amica has been voted as one of RI's best places to work for the past several years. Great benefits/perks (401k match, pension, on-site fitness center, tuition assistance, etc.) and support from management. Also, Amica tries to promote from within prior to posting a job opening to the public.

Cons

Many older employees are not too receptive to change, but this is changing. Overall, a great company to work for.
