      Pros

      Over all a good company to work for, if you are full time. Good benefits, bonuses, etc if you are full time.

      Cons

      Part time employees are not promoted, or offered full time work. No benefits at all. No advancement in your part time position.

      Paid vacation, paid holidays, 5 paid sick days per yr

      Cons

      Low pay. High work volume with high stress. Management is not interested in employee suggestions. Management is out of touch with what actually happens out on the floor. Company recruits kids straight out of college with no insurance experience to join management. No advancement opportunities unless you are one of the select few college kids recruited. They don't want anyone with prior insurance experience that can point out all the things they are doing wrong. They want things done their way whether it's correct or not. No real training. Company claims they they provide the best customer service to their customers and truly value their employees but it's all propaganda.

      Pros

      Culture! Sounds cheesy, but definitely a family. Salary and benefits are above many of my peers at this point in their careers, and I can live a comfortable lifestyle. Flexible with time - if you put in the work, they'll work with you. Ample opportunities to challenge yourself if you are willing to work hard. CEO is awesome.

      Cons

      Growth can become stagnant the less willing you are to move to other branches.
