Pros
Amica has a great company culture. Most people have spent the majority of their careers at Amica which really says something about the type of community it is. Everyone is willing to help you with whatever you need. There is also a big emphasis on continuing to learn and grow as an employee and Amica provides the resources to help accomplish that. It is an overall great place to be with great people to work with.
Cons
Since a lot of people have spent most of their careers at Amica that can sometimes limit the innovative and new ideas that come into the company.
