Pros
It is a small, national company where hard work is appreciated and rewarded. It is a stable company with a multitude of benefits including a 401K plan, a pension plan, health, dental and optical benefits. Also, Amica has a big "promote from within" philosophy.
Cons
It is only a national carrier without an international presence. This is due to the fact that the company is only focused on insurance products and services here in the states.
