Amica is not only one of the best insurance companies in the industry, but the culture is truly one of a kind and also one of the main reasons why I have been at Amica for nearly 10 years. The focus on Diversity within our company is in action every day, which makes for an inclusive work environment. I have really enjoyed the Diversity "Lunch and Learn" panel discussions that we can elect to attend at Amica. The company goes above and beyond to make everyone feel equal, included and comfortable to be yourself at work each day.
