      Hybrid work & good insurance

      Cons

      Super conservative company that does not care about their employees. They would rather coach you to down then pick you up. Forced to change their ways slightly because of Covid however senior leadership in the company is severely lacking personality along with communication skills. No room for advancement unless you sacrifice your entire lively hood to move around multiple locations for less than a 5k raise

      Amica used to be a great company

      Cons

      Amica is now just a mediocre, small company that is steadily losing customers. Senior management is overpaid. Young employees have no future. DEI policies are hurting Amica.
