      As needs evolve some departments are better at being proactive than others, continue to support ongoing needs analysis and workforce training.

      Great Colleagues, Above Average Benefits

      Cons

      Monthly Policy Dedutible, commission earned only on subsequent policies puts position pay below industry average. Preferred Risk carrier makes it harder to achieve sales, value selling in a mostly price oriented market, and declining risks.
