Pros

Relationships with my coworkers are some of the best I have ever had. Lot's of fun engaging activities. I feel like the work I do is important and means something to those around me. Direct supervisor to reports relationships are very strong and positive.

Cons

Does not always walk the walk, but loves talking the talk. Not always open to change. We present as a very welcoming and inclusive place to work, and although we are, we do not invest well in educating our employees on how to handle diversity and inclusion. There is a disconnect between front line employees and higher ups.

Even though I'm heading into my 12th year with the company, I knew on day one that this is where I wanted to spend my career. The employees are my favorite part about this company as it is such a supportive environment with a lot of growth potential. Your managers and supervisors want to see you succeed. Some honorable mentions of my favorite things here are the benefits (student loan repayment plan, parental leave, gym membership, all in addition to the standard medical, dental and 401k), we have hybrid work accommodations, grow from within philosophy and how valued I feel as an employee.
