Pros

It use to be a good University till 2012 Good Location Nice infra from outside

Cons

No morals and ethics, it is an amoral organization. Culture that promotes sycophancy. Directors of institutes are incompetent. Faculty members are not respected at all, and traeted as a workforce for all odd jobs along with irrational teaching load. They cheat with EL encashment and Gratuity Payments of leaving employees. Low pay and no recognition of academic talent.

Pros

1) Good co-workers, and good students (both exploited equally by management) 2) Good place for time pass for rich people, who don't care for the lowest salaries. 3) Perfect place for sycophants.

Cons

1) No career growth. 2) Very low salaries. 3) Employers want to be treated like Gods by employees and students. 4) Lost reputation in academic fraternity. 5) Outside perception is "All Amitians are below average, and incapable.
