I have all good things to say about this company. The sales is very aggressive and brings in a lot of work and ensures that the delivery is very busy. Every day they are hiring a new resource. Retention is over 90%.Big on Processes and they are certified on ISO, Agile, Six Sigma, CMM etc. Most of their employees are certified in their respective technologies.

Cons

The company is growing pretty fast. I would say that we should have more fun that we have. Big budget for happy hours.

Executive management in Federal practice will say anything to get you on board, then verbally abuse you mercilessly to "motivate"

Pros

I was referred in by a long term employee. Although it has been close to two years all that I heard on day one from Rashme, every wrd is true. This is a fantastic company and I am very forunate to work with them.

Cons

I have not experienced any bad stuff from them so far. I am in regular touch and they go the extra mile to get things done like running to the bank to deposit my expense checks. I get advance as required.
