      As its a new company, It is having small office space. Which i don't see as cons but still it can be improve.

      Company views & goals are very clearly. Wonderful working environment and atmosphere here. Lot of experts that can help you to grow your career path. Always uses the newest technology, hence lot of challenges but also more fun. At Ampere, You can balance work & life well.

      Cons

      Huge projects that using the newest architecture and technology nodes, so lot of challenges here. You should improve yourself day by day.
