      - A lot of challenging projects for employee to improve skill and knowledge in IC design field - Worked on the advanced tech node in semiconductor industry - Worked with a lot of talent engineers from other sites in the world - Clear career orientation from managers - Flexible working time and dynamic working environment

      Good company with transparency

      Pros

      Lots to learn about new technologies, a good work-life balance when you are not at TO phase. Policies are very transparent. Good health package.

      Cons

      Get stuck in 2-3 works which get repeated with technologies. To explore or learn more, we will have to extend bandwidth in a broader way.
