Cons

Company, previously Radio Frequency Systems, was purchased by Amphenol in May 2023. The company and products have been going downhill since the acquisition. All business processes are outdated yet no one wants to change. This leaves the company being left in the dust. RFS Technologies recently did a mass layoff and let go a large percentage of their workforce with little to no severance. The company bleeds money and I don’t expect it to be around for more than a couple years. The operation hasn’t been profitable for many quarters.
