Good pay and benefits. Great company culture. Hybrid schedule.

Cons

Company is decreasing work from home and increasing days in the office. Cost of living adjustments are the only raises and they are not following inflation.

It's a job that pays, the building is kept clean and there are plenty of nice indoor plants.

Cons

Management at HQ has no clue about anything. These people need assistance to turn on their computer monitors or remember passwords. Nepotism is rampant in upper management. I'm astonished that this company has done so well with such geniuses in charge. The entire HQ seems to be stuck in the 70's
