Responsible for setting up the EH&S Program by leading and executing activities such supervise contractors Safety Representatives and Occupational Nurse, conducting EHS assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies & corporate requirements, developing protocols and providing complete EHS support to staff.

Pros

-Great people to work with. -Amazing insurance. -Every other Friday off. -Quarterly bonuses (although I believe this has changed some).

Cons

-Low to average wages. -Okay 401(k) plan. 25% up to 10% employer match. -People get promoted based off who they know, not based on abilities/experience/education. -Lots and lots of layoffs. Very unstable company. Moved much of the production work to Nogales, Mexico.
