      Pros

      Great name brand recognition and broad depth of product offering. They hire Great individuals and highly skilled work force. Great benefits

      Cons

      The different divisions are asked to work together but often end up competing against each other. They need to combine some of the divisions to correct this situation

      Pros

      Environment was condusive to much needed improvement's.

      Cons

      Work conditions of a dictatorship. If you questioned the dictator, you're gone, period.

      Pros

      Half the people in charge don't understand the work you are doing so it's very easy to throw some big words around and make it seem like you're busy. No one in upper management cares. I called out "sick" so many times I would have got fired anywhere else.

      Cons

      All of the cost savings plans put into place over the last few years have led to major problems in quality. Which then leads to everyone running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to fix the problems and please customers. There is so much knowledge that has been accrued and never written down that new people coming in can't "pass" a test because they're doing it "wrong."
