Pros

Absolutely nothing to mention here. They want you to work work and work and nothingelse. No personal growth here and a term never heard of here.

Cons

Don't know where to start. Site is driven by total industry rejects who talk big of themselves yet has no name at all in the industry they are in. Managers drive the lower levels to their advantage and the whole management structure is rotten. No career growth system what so ever. Managers take the credit for everything lower level employees do. They make false promises at the hiring and never keep their word once hired. One employee was promised tuition for MBA at the time of hiring verbally and after getting hired they said its not possible as it is not in writing. If you are a H1B visa run away from this place. Be aware they will make false promises verbally and drive you like a slave with the false promise that they would file for green card. they will never file green card. Once the six year of H1B is taken from you you have no option but to leave US . If you plan to join fabrication group you will be a slave often being told what to do and be constantly spied upon like in a mafia. when something fails slave will be forced to take the hit. If you want to treat and respect yourself never ever even think of joining their fabrication group. You will regret it royally. I mean it, royally. Employee turnaround is so bad at this site and people don't like to work there long seeing whats going on. Long term employees were treated really badly, I mean people with 20-30 yrs experience there. Employees with 20+ years experience were let go empty handed after getting all what they could from these employees. My suggestion is not to consider joining this place ever for any reason. Short term sucks, long term sucks and you will be in hell!

Pros

Offers technology and close to home location

Cons

Difficult to acquire management support, very little motivational support, very little opportunity. Very much an insider / outsider group of people within RF organization.
